At Vitaly, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original jewelry pouches or boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
